Our display cases are shipped directly from the manufacturer to our customers via Federal Express or UPS Ground within the continental United States. Sorry, display cases cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.  Our shipping & handling rates are listed below.

Our display cases are hand made in the United States.  We do not mass produce our display cases.  While we do strive to keep our in stock inventory ahead of our sales, there are times when items are being made as they are ordered.  Most of our orders leave the warehouse within 7-10 business days. Due to heavy sales volume times and unforeseen production delays, some items may require extra shipping time so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your order to ship.  In most cases you will receive your order in less time but please plan for the 2-3 week ship time. 

Holiday gift orders should be received by December 3rd.

Payment Terms:

Great Display Cases accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Paypal as well as checks or money orders for payment. Orders paid by check will not be shipped until check clears. Please note that the name appearing on your credit card statement will read "CJM Marketing".  Checks or Money Orders should be made out to CJM Marketing and mailed to: CJM Marketing, 116 Eisaman Road, Irwin, PA  15642.  Please print out  your order form and enclose it along with your check or Money Order. Please note that orders placed with a personal check will be shipped once the check is processed and cleared.

Please note: Because many of our products are made to order, your payment is processed at the time of your order by a secure online processing company.

Gift Certificate Payments:

When paying with a gift certificate, enter the certificate number in the DISCOUNT CODE box.  If your certificate amount is less than your total sale, complete the payment information for the balance due. If your certificate is more than your total sale, mark the CHECK payment option and enter the gift certificate number as the check number. If there's a credit remaining, a new gift certificate in the credit amount wil be emailed to you for future use.

Damage:

Although our manufacturers take special care in packaging  your display case for shipping, sometimes damages occur.  Please inspect your display cases as soon as possible.  All units need to be examined and any damage or shortage reported as soon as possible via email to info@greatdisplaycases.com.  Damage Claims must be processed within 10 days of receiving your order.  Whenever possible, inspect your order while delivery person is present.  This policy includes holiday orders so please remember to inspect you order as soon as possible.

Ordering:

Returns or Exchanges:

Return requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.  Please contact us via email at info@greatdisplaycases.com and we will provide you with instructions for exchanging or returning your order.
Great Display Cases policy is for replacement or refund in the form of original payment in the amount of the product price (plus tax if applicable). If we have shipped a case incorrectly we will make arrangements to have it returned at no cost to our customer. If our customer has ordered the wrong case for their collection, we will return or exchange  the case for the correct one with customer being responsible for return shipment fees, difference in price if exchanged case is more and shipping charges for replacement case to be shipped.

NOTE: items being returned must be carefully packaged and shipped insured for full value through the carrier of your choice.  We cannot refund or replace items that are returned to us damaged. If an item is damaged during return transit, it is the customer's responsiblilty to file a claim for the damaged item with your carrier.
